Women’s Retreat with DEJA WELL

Hey fellow wellness seekers,

I'm bubbling with excitement to spill the tea on a transformative journey I'm about to embark on – the upcoming wellness retreat hosted by Deja Well at the tranquil haven of serenity, HAVN on February 24th, 2024. Brace yourselves because this retreat promises to be an unforgettable experience, and I can hardly contain my excitement as I prepare for this soul-enriching adventure.

What makes this experience even more special for me is that the mastermind behind Deja Well, Emily, isn't just a wellness expert; she's a dear friend of mine. Knowing her passion for holistic well-being and her commitment to creating meaningful retreat experiences adds an extra layer of excitement and trust to this event.

Emily's dedication to curating an experience that goes beyond the ordinary is truly inspiring. Her vision for the Deja Well retreat at HAVN resonates deeply with me, and I can't wait to witness the magic she and her team have in store for us. With Emily at the helm, I'm confident that this retreat will be a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and personal growth.

As we eagerly anticipate this upcoming retreat, Emily and I are also thrilled about the possibility of producing more retreats later this year. The thought of extending these transformative experiences to a broader audience and creating even more opportunities for self-discovery has us buzzing with anticipation.

For those of you who share this enthusiasm, the link to book your spot at this life-changing retreat is included right HERE. Don't miss the chance to join me, Emily, and like-minded individuals on this incredible journey towards self-discovery and well-being.

This women’s restorative retreat is a luxurious reset, designed for rest, self-care, and connection tailored to the needs of the early spring season.

Your Saturday morning includes a dreamy lineup:

  • Opening yoga + breathwork with Emily

  • A sound bath with the enchanting Pilar Munoz

  • Community Acupuncture session with a view

  • Sauna and cold plunge circuit with 3 different saunas, 2 cold pools, and an exfoliating salt scrub with local sea salt and essential oils

  • Hot tubs overlooking the charming harbor

  • A delightful breakfast by the talented local chef, Sandi Irving of Beaumont Catering, accompanied by herbal tea.

The day kicks off at 7:30 am with a group meditation and opening ceremony in the newly finished grand lounge on the main level of the boat. You'll then gracefully move through hydrotherapy circuits on the top deck outdoor space.

For 4 luxurious hours, experience a perfect balance between silent introspection and social connection as you explore various wellness stations. Saunas will serenade you either in silence or with guided meditation. The gorgeous lounge space will host our group practice and breakfast on the comfiest couches, tables, and chairs, all with oceanfront views – robes, of course!

Spaces are limited for this extraordinary retreat, so secure your spot now. I'm here to answer any questions you might have. DM me anytime. Let's embark on this adventure together and make lasting memories at the Deja Well retreat at HAVN!

I can't wait to share the insights and experiences from this retreat with all of you. Until then, stay excited, and let's look forward to the possibility of more transformative retreats in the near future.

Transform Your Home into a Wellness Sanctuary

5 Simple Steps to Elevate Your Living Space

In our busy day-to-day lives, it's easy to forget how important our homes are for our well-being. Your living space has a remarkable ability to affect your mood, energy, and overall health. At LIVEWELL we believe that creating a wellness-focused home is a crucial step towards living a balanced life. Here are five simple yet powerful ways to turn your home into a place of well-being:

Kitchen: Get Creative with Cooking The kitchen, often the heart of your home, can boost your wellness. Start by using fresh, organic ingredients in your meals, embracing the goodness of nature for your body. Practice mindful eating by savoring each bite and paying attention to your body's hunger cues.

Bathroom: A Place of Relaxation Transform your bathroom into a soothing oasis. Invest in high-quality aromatherapy candles, diffusers, and bath salts to create a peaceful atmosphere. Let in natural light or add soft, adjustable lighting to enhance the tranquility.

Bedroom: Your Sleep Sanctuary Create a calming atmosphere in your bedroom that promotes restful sleep. Opt for soothing color schemes and comfortable bedding. Minimize clutter and electronic devices, making your bedroom a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Living Room: Connect and Unwind Designate a cozy living room space for connection and relaxation. Arrange comfortable seating, like plush sofas and armchairs, to encourage togetherness. Add natural elements like plants and flowers for a touch of serenity.

Entryway: A Warm Welcome Set the stage for wellness from the moment you step inside your home. Create a welcoming entryway with natural light, fresh flowers, and a bit of greenery. A clutter-free entryway promotes a sense of calm and organization, setting the tone for a wellness-focused living environment.

By incorporating these simple changes into your home and lifestyle, you can turn your living space into a wellness sanctuary, promoting a harmonious balance between your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Remember, your home is more than just a place to live; it's a reflection of your dedication to your well-being. Harness the power of your home to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, and embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
