Who is Cait Fraser?

Cait Fraser is a Victoria realtor with Macdonald Realty and the founder of Livewell Real Estate, working with clients across BC including Vancouver. She lives the way her clients want to: between two cities, at the family cabin every summer, and abroad whenever she can. So she understands what it really takes to own more than one home, and what each one should give back. With a career in luxury travel, marketing and sales across seven countries, and a BC real estate licence since 2021, she brings a client's heart and an advisor's judgement to every search.

Do you work in Vancouver as well as Victoria?

Yes. I'm based in Victoria and work with clients across Vancouver Island, Vancouver, the North Shore, West Vancouver, the Gulf Islands, the Sea to Sky corridor and the Okanagan.
